I have not seen the roof rails. So they mount similar to a trunk mounted spoiler with no screws or bolts visible?

 

Yup no bolts are visable the go from the bottom up into the rails

 

well i finally got my rails mounted again :p lol
and of course like always, here's the pics!

i used 2 of the existing holes that were already on the rails, and drilled one more in the middle. also found out that roof rails are hallow in the center! always thought they were a solid piece of plastic :p

heres one of the rails with the 3 stainless screws in it


I drilled straight down through the roof of the car lol, heres an underside shot of the rail screwed down to make sure they fit right


Stainless 1/2" screws with a rubber and metal washer


There really was no need for adhesive but i used white silicone window and door sealant to prevent any leaks through the holes :p
heres the under shots of the rails screwed down and finished.

Here's the results! I was really impressed at how perfect they fit in the channel!, so seamless and flush!! Never seen better fitting rails than this before

if i ever did sell it, i'd sell all this for $100 and your (or whoever was to buy it) stock equivalent parts. I dont think i'd want to ship though
