I completely agree. Teaching our youth how to drive better I think is more valuable then limiting passengers in the car...

When I say "we all did stupid things as kids" does not necessarily mean with cars and driving. We've all done something in our your that we say later on in life "looking back, that was really stupid". I have trouble believing there is someone out there that never did something foolish like that.
I too feel I respected my property and the property of others. But I still did some stupid things (such as, I may not have been driving, but I was a passenger to a friend doing something stupid).

It's not just the young drivers doing it. Middle aged drivers are doing stupid crap too. My military driving training kicks in way too often for my liking. And I don't usually do much driving when the younger crowd is on the road.
