Default got rear ended today... fog light is out

So I'm driving home from work and the traffic in front of me stops so I do the same but the woman in front of me doesn't stop in time and hits me. We both pull into a parking lot and I look at my car. There really was no damage on the back on except for some small scrape by the rear license plate. I took her info and let her go without calling the cops. I get home and find out my right back rear fog light doesn't work after the accident. How much trouble would it be to fix that. I'm thinking maybe the bulb is just bad after the accident since the light wasn't cracked at all. What do you guys think?

Well those are technically reverse lights, not fog lights... my guess is she could have shaken a wire loose when she hit you, if you say the bulb isn't even broken it's a good chance she didn't actually "break" anything. Hopefully.

i ran into the back of a truck and it bent the whole trunk and bumber, but the reverse light still work, and the lens ic craked in half, so it may just be the bulb, and all you may have to do is unscrew it and change it. =]

Just the force of the accident was probably enough to burn out the bulb. Happens all the time. I would check a little closer for damage as well. Take the bumper cover off and inspect the beam and the sheet metal behind it. Plastic bumper covers can take a hit and bounce right back. High strength steel on the other hand doesnt fare so well.
