Default Parking ticket question

Ok I received a couple of parking tickets last weekend (june 14th) so I had been checking all week online to see if the tickets had been put in the system, no dice. Going this route I had to enter in the temp plate number and my last name.

Ok so this evening I decided to call the automated phone number. Going this route I had to enter the ticket #. It was in the system. I went back online and entered the license plate and my last name and it still wasnt showing.

Ok, so the tickets were given to me while I had the temp plates on. I now have my permanent plates on. Can the police link those tickets to my vehicle thru my now permanent plates?

i would just pay them. i got one in gettysburg, put money in the meter and the damn thing was broke. came back a hour later to a ticket on the windshield. i let it go for months thinking they should know it was broke, wrong! ended up paying $55 for a $10 ticket! asked about fighting it, i was told it would just cost more even with repairs of meters on file!

i dont know if this works but this is what ive heard. pay with check thru the mail and over pay it just alittle. when they send a check for over payment dont cash it. i was told the ticket wont go to insurance or be entered as complet.
