He's never had that many blown up cars before, maybe he did it for spite? Or maybe they gave him the junk. But in all fairness, not every DNF was due to engine failure, a few times he was taken out by fellow drivers.
You have to admit that ALL of the drivers, even the ones you/I don't like,have to be good or they would not be there.
If I was a new race fan, who knows who'd I be for, but I grew up an Earnhardt fan and that'll never change no matter what Earnhardt is behind the wheel.

I said the same thing a while back, Becky. I too think Dale Jr. was ruining the cars out of spite. If it wasn't engines, the sheet metal would get torn up. "Oh whatdoya know! I hit the wall. Gosh darn it!" I expect him to care a lot more about how well he finishes this season. Last season, he didn't give a rat's behind.

Space, that's about the only way that 88 will look good. I liked the RED Bud car
