Default My newest rental property

I only have 18K in this one! Prices are still low here. What would this cost in your neck of the woods. 2bd, 1 bath. All fenced huge back yard.

a place like that in my neck of the woods, would be approx $1000.00 per month plus utilities and a smaller back yard to rent. As far as purchase price oh probably $153,000.00 and up

looks like a clean solid house! around here 18k might get you a mobile home. house like that would probibly be around $76k

Ditto on mobile home for 15-18K or home for $50-60K in the area I'm at...The closer to the ocean, the higher the cost...
