@Ricks 2006 SS - I have a 2 car garage. It's got an '84 Camaro and it's parts all over the place, plus a lot of extra junk I need to re-locate. Even at that, there is not enough garage space to hold the fleet.
This guy has been my neighbor since I bought the house and him and his wife have NEVER given us problems, they are nice people. I felt bad having to bring the piece of the wind chime over and explain that it had hit the car. But I would have been mad if he was not willing to address the issue. It would suck for such a small thing to become a problem between neighbors. It just sucks, but the important part is no one got hurt.

It just shows you, no matter how careful we are with our car - accidents happen. Believe me, I KNOW!!! You're so lucky to have an understanding neighbor.

That blows. At least he's being cool about it.

That definitely could've killed someone if they were in the path when he hit it. The type of thing you see on that show, "1000 Ways To Die".

Glad your neighbor is cool about it. I know most of my neighbors wouldnt do nothing. Maybe you should put a band aid on it until you get it fixed. Amazon.com: Jumbo Auto-Aid Magnetic Bandages for Your Car: Automotive

On the plus side, my neighbors already called their home owner's insurance, I got a call from an agent today and tomorrow I should hear from a claims guy. The process sounds like it should be EASY! So, given that no one was hurt and the damage is being fixed, I can't complain (OK, I can, but I have little to complain about).
