Mornin' from Kansas. Enjoying nicer weather here. Had to place my Father-in-law in assisted living also. It's a tough thing to do & it changes the relationship too. Not any fun at all, so -- I understand.

Good morning everyone. Another day of school and then I work at two also. Should be a pretty busy day but at least I am getting close to the weekend even though I work both days, at least no school. Probably just homework. Have a great day everyone.

 

Hi Everyone,
I just returned from seeing 'Space & he survived the last two operations to rebuild his ankle. He still has several more procedures involving ligament & nerve damage repair. It's beyond my medical knowledge to explain it any better.

I'm not sure when Space is getting out of the hospital or what rehab sports injury center he will be going to (?) His g/f Doc has a long list of places. I'm thankful he is getting the best care on his injury. Once they repair his foot/ankle, they will have to work on his 'Mind (LOL)

'Space is in good spirits considering what he is enduring. I will be transferring down later to work the Miami Port & help his g/f deal with 'Space (lol). I'm staying on one of the company boats & it's pretty good. They are suppose to be getting Wi-Fi, so I hope to be able to keep in contact with the MCF.

Beach Bum'Tommy is still in Miami & My boss & grandpa Space are up in D.C. meeting with officials on International shipping affairs. There's going to 'be many companies wanting to ship to Cuba.

Thanks everyone for your concerns & prayers for Space. I had a list of everyone that posted concerning him & it made Space very happy. (Thanks everyone)

The MCF seems busy & active & it will be interesting to see if the MCF goes back to the daily Blog or keeps a Monthly Blog.
The poll does reflect the number of member's that participate on the Blog & their opinions.

I've missed being online, but life has been super busy & I haven't had much free time to get online. I dropped my cell phone in the bay & it's DEAD I will be getting another one soon & hopefully Space can connect to the MCF with it

Sorry to read about your prob's @ home & with the care for your grandmother. I can really relate being raised by senior citizens & it's difficult. Stay Strong > Be PATIENCE & LOVE.

It's also sad to see those you love declining with 'age. It's going to happen to all of us (in time)...tick-tock...

I've learned to treat everyone with care & love. It works for me & I hope that you find a good solution to a difficult situation...Good luck to you & family...

Afternoon all, another day of ruckus with the sewer issues. Yard has been dug up many times lol, soon they're going to try and clear the pipes out and hopefully that works versus replacing everything.
