Edit: The levers on the morgan are for timing adjustment and throttle. There were some awesome cars there for sure.

 

I was figuring on something like that on the Morgan. Pshaw, who needs vacuum advance? I once had a fleet F100 that had a throttle on the dash to idle the engine higher when a big 110v generator that was driven off a belt in the engine bay was being used. Also worked as a poor lineman's cruse control..

It's a real fun week here, there's lots of things to actually get out and see. Most fun is seeing exotics, 'rods and antiques being driven on the streets. That impresses the heck out of me that the owners will drive their collectables in traffic.

I view all the pictures of the Woodward dream cruise on Autoblog - wish I could see that in person some day.
