Hey Robyn the monte is one of the best cars in the snow I have ever driven. That includes my 3 subaru's and multiple front and four wheel drive cars. I went through 8 inches of snow with out a problem and it drove great on the ice and the packed snow.

On a side note the presentation went great. The job out look is very bad though. Last year we had to cut 2.5 million from our budget and the resulted in 15 days of school and 41 teaching positions. We just found out this morning that we get to cut another 2.5 million again this year. I will be surprised if I have job past christmas, but I will stay positive and not worry about it.
