It's not even close to midnight yet on the east coast.

 

Morning my MCF family. Got a busy day agead (aren't they ALL that way?) I got to get 3 more machines setup and running production from one part to another, with some fixture making involved. We have 2 machines running these parts, and we are going to 5 to catch up.

Gonna take Jonny to school and then run a few errands. Then i'll be back on. Still waiting to hear from Unemployment. Once i know something, i can start my retraining. HOW FUN. o_0

It's a cold and rainy 51 degrees here in the metro Detroit area.

This chipped tooth I got yesterday is bugging the crap out of me. Gonna see the dentist monday morning and get it fixed.

Good morning everyone. I'm exhausted

So last night my g/f was at grad-school staying late for a study group and I made dinner and was waiting for her, when I get a phone call. She got rear-ended last night >.<;; So she didn't get home until way late, and blah blah blah. So anyway, the good news is that it's not her fault, and earlier this year she was hit while she was parked and they messed up her bumper, I pounded it out the best I could and did all I could do, but now I guess she'll get a new bumper

What happened was this: It's a busy road (route 1 one of the worst roads in the State) and someone ran out of gas and didn't pull their car off the road. The person in front of my g/f braked and got out of the way, she braked but couldn't get into the other lane because of other traffic, so she just slowed, the car behind her slowed... the car behind them... didn't slow. The van rammed the back of this one car (with small daughter) and then they rammed into my g/f's cavi.

BTW today is her b-day and now she has to deal with insurance claims and police reports and etc. etc. I kept telling her at least it's not her fault and she won't have to pay a dime to get everything fixed, but what a crappy way to start the b-day.

So Im a little tired after she got in late, and we had to watch some tv and she had to calm down. But tonight we'll be going out to dinner and such
