Thanks TODD. Some now days think it's ok to wander in when they feel like it. Or call in cause they want to be with their friends. To think they asked for the job. We didn't go out and ask them to work. 1st things they say. When are my days off !! Is thats whats important to you. Or thank you for the job ! I was never a HARD AZZ when I was a supervisor. if you did your job. Good. Thats what your suppose to do. If you made mistakes. Good. I'll show you the right way. But guys & girls that can't find their way to work ? I want no part of. Sorry for the rant. But I see it all the time. But they want new car's, new video games, new clothes. But only want to work a couple of days a week. And the texting thing at work. While your on the clock. Don't even get me started on that. Co I worked for. If you were seen with your phone on the floor. Your fired now! Another one is 15 min breaks. OMG! when does 15 mins turn into 20 to 30 mins ? Ok I'm done with this topic. Nough said..........
