Dream big. I was able to get 3 acres with a 1745 sq ft manufactured home for 120,000. I am starting a 30 by 48 shop for the toys and working on the cars. I will then hopefully in 3 or 4 years build my own place in the spot the double wide is on. I helped a buddy build his house and shop and learned alot. I can do a lot of the work with a little supervision. I plan on building a 2 story home for around 75-100k. Less if possible. That means I will be in for right around 200k and even in the weak market will appraise for 300-350k. Don'tgive up.

Thanks for the kind words space. I don't have the masters yet I am working towards it. Another year or so.
