it is !! Right !! I have a 50 lb ruck sack that I use when I go shooting and let be tell you when I put it on now I can't believe it !! what a difference 66 days can make !!

Thanks Cort !!! I am down 61 lbs as of today and continue to get smaller down 6 pants sizes and 2 shirt sizes and feel great .

Hey all I am down 68 lbs and that put me at 20lbs lost in April
32 lbs. more to go to 100lbs. Lost!!
I am hoping to lose 20 more in May wish me luck !!

Keep up the good work and I bet you will have no problem reaching your goal weight.
I may have missed it but are you doing an exercise program as well as the medifast diet?
