I have some good news
I DID IT !!
I know i have not been on here much but ...
Broke on though to the other side of my wall today !! I am down 2.3 lbs. after being stuck for 5 days at 49.8 !! I must say that close to 1 of my first 4 Milestone weights Was Tough and the road was looking all up hill !!! I was letting doubt slowly creep in no matter how hard I tried to push it out .
So I Keep traveling down the road to a healthier me. I cant believe in 54days I lost 51 lbs. for ever that is like 5 x 10lbs bags of sugar or 2 x 25lb bags of dog food that I was just carting around with me everyday . and I am on week 7 of quitting smoking forever !!
What a difference 8 weeks can make in a Guys life !! I have to say that quitting smoking was easy for me compared to the mental game I play with the weight loss. After week 2 of the quitting smoking I barley though of smoking at all . The food on the other had I think about all the time still and to be 100% honest I dream abut it some times !! LOL
I know that at my size that some day I will be able to eat 2500 cals again but I have to make the sacrifice today to get to that goal in the future .
So Cheers to everyone !! With me and help me celebrate with a big tall cold glass of ...

Congrats Keith! Keep up the positive mental attitude - you can do it! I gained a lot of weight from some medication I was taken when I got injured, and I found that hitting a plateau while shedding the weight is common. Don't let it discourage you.
