I work out everyday, in the morning after I post! If I'm short on time, the MCF doesn't usually make the cut!

Everyday I run on the treadmill. A full run is 33min total with warm-up and cool down - just over 4K. When I'm short on time I'll do a half run.

After, I alternate days with muscle day and ab day. Muscle day consist of 100 push-ups and a few different things with dumbells (SpaceRider posted some new one for me the other day and I bookmarked that page). Ab day I do 150 varying crunches and leg lifts with an ab roller and a few sit-up free excercises.

I don't know my goal. I'm fairly light already. I think I'm sort of trying to prevent my aging. I don't have a young mans body anymore, but I can certainly run further and stronger than ever. The knee are so great tho. Neither is the back. That's the stuff I want to get better the most.
