I do a body weight routine every other morning before work.

30 Pull-ups, 10 reps of varying styles, 3x
60 push-ups, 12 reps of varying styles, 5x
25 dips
50 sit-ups
20 reps of lunges, each side.

Also, on nice days at work, I will go for a 15-20 minute walk instead of a full lunch break.

Cool Thanks Admin `Mike

Thanks Admin `Mike for being the 1st to post & share....
I remember way back when you were doing a special work out program & 'Space checked it out & did research on it. I forget what it was, but I remember Space saying that it was difficult....

I don't have any special workout program(s)...I lift a lot with my job & skateboard or surf all the time + play some intense volleyball...
My doc stated that I was in top shape on my last physical...I do eat some junk foods, but I seem to be able to work it `off.

I hope more member's post what they are doing or want to do...

It's really everyone's choice & sometimes it only takes a little reminder to kick things in to gear to get back into shape...

Good Luck 2 `all....I just think life is better `if you take good care of yourself 4>Sure

I used to do p90x, but it seriously started to take up too much time.

Now I just do this and it seems to feel nice. I'm just about to my goal weight, so I don't go too crazy anymore. Just watch everything that I eat

I workout almost everyday...5-6 days a week at my local planet fitness haha...every workout starts with a 1.5-2 mile cardio, then every day i work a different muscle group and its opposite (ex. chest and back on the same day or bis/tris, etc). I adhere to the muscle confusion logic of working out, as it's supposed to keep you from "plateau-ing". Also, every workout has to be AT LEAST 1 hour before i allow myself to leave
