To answer your question:
The heater bulbs in your car are considered "unserviceable" because they have a small degree of difficulty in actually changing them, because they are soldered in. However if you are feeling crafty you can take your dash apart to get to the heater controls and then crack it open and solder in new lights.
You can also go to bbengineer.com and order a new heater control with LEDs in place.
