CONGRATES Mike. Kids are a Blessing. We have 4. Love every minute with them. Spoil them all you can. They grow up so fast. Then their gone on there own. But we have replacements. 8 grand kids. That we can spoil. 
You do what you have to do about the car seat thing. We always had two cars. One was always a Fun car ( Hot Rod) Or Motorcycle. I never gave up my toys. We just made do what we had. Good luck. And CONGRATES again Mike.
