its a 1967 vw bug with a fiberglass bed kit attached to the rear. air cooled dual port 1600 rear engine. the wife and are gonna paint it a satin brick red with gloss almond white accents.....turn it into an apple orchard type truck. oak slatted bed with oak running boards, may baja it, but i like the lower stance. clear tail lights and clear fender markers.....beige interior with brick red accents. keep the wheels thats on it, but have them powdercoated the almond color. and like i said, it HAS to have the loudest, most obnoxious exhaust possible.

 

looks sweet. I found a vw convertible here Im trying to talk dad into buying for his show car. I have never seen a vw bugtruck tho lol. Put a 4x4 s10 frame and engine and all in it with a lift kit and big tires.

 

if i baja it, itl be high enough to run 31s and plenty of power. i used to have a 68 baja with a dual port 1641 in it runnin 31s and it was a beast. this one wont see any mud though, too rare.

 

I saw one tricked out. dune racer. but yea I would actually take it out just make it so when the zombie apocalypse comes you can if you need to.

no, im in western washington, longview actually......my wife just thought it would be a good idea. it doesnt help she likes apple orchards....lol.
