Sorry fellow forum users, I have been out of the loop for the past month. Due to a series of events which lead to my posting yet

Still no photos yet, the reason being while I was home on my leave block my monte broke down before I could take it out for photos... On Christmas freaking Eve!!

well thankfully im a little more clever than i give myself credit for, because i was 6k miles into this monte my warranty still covered it.

$2700 repair bill
-$100 (deductible i have to pay)
------
$2600

cost of the warranty... $2400, so at least i got my moneys worth and then some. I anticipated the transmission being the only thing to go out in the car thanks to you guys so thanks again!!

In other news i picked up Sergeant in the Marines January first

the next few months will be pretty busy with training up until summer when i deploy so ill try to get that photo shoot done this weekend when i pick up the car!

Nice to hear from you, sorry to read about the break down but I'm glad the warranty covered it and everything worked out good. Sorry to hear about your breakdown, what a time of year for that to happen. Glad to hear you had the warranty though, at least that makes it a bit easier on you, and you did get your warranty costs back.
