I filled my tank today at the 76 on 82nd & Augusta (across from the Johnson Creek Fred Meyer) for $48.39 and paid $2.799 for 92 octane. Its a good thing that I am unexpectedly taking a weeks vacation next week so I'll still have at least half of a tank when payday rolls around again.

What a difference a day makes.....today in the paper they said demand for gas has gone down so the prices are dropping. Somebody needs to remind Oregon of this cause I don't see any lower prices anywhere.

This was a money grab by our oil industry just as it has been going on every holiday where people are expected to drive. Just as expected prices have taken a drop here too. If oil production was so seriously limited as they said it was we would feel the heat of higher prices much longer than a couple of weeks, which just so happen to have been pre and post Labor Day.....
