does this seem shady to anybody else or just me?
First off this guy wants to use paypal for payment and has no way of contacting you but through email. Think everyone has a cell phone by now. But I had the same kinda responce when tryin to sell a truck local. The women said it was for a graduation present for her son and she didn't have a cell phone nor anyway to contact. But she did have a paypal account ready to go and just needed my paypal/email info and would wire the money right over.

I vote scam.
- He never states anything specific about the car (such as never says "I've been looking for a Monte"). This is the biggest flag for me.
- Uses a few incorrect words.
- I get that he claims he can't use any other communication other then e-mail and PayPal for payment. But he's able to confirm a car hauler? I'm guessing most car haulers will not do business without at least a credit card. Just a guess.
And the next thing, copy and past key parts of that e-mail in Google. I'll bet you get responses of the same message, word for word.
