Duane, the Chevy dealerships did that offer here too. I thought it was hilarious that they would give a brand new car away for free in a two for the price of one deal.
By the way, here's the picture I stole the grille from. I had to play with the dimensions for the grille to look the way I wanted it to on the Monte.

Definitely a Kenworth W900, no doubts about it. They had an '86 inch sleeper in some of those trucks... Most were 72. In my opinion, it was better than the Peterbilt 379 (and it is spelled Peterbilt, not Peterbuilt) But this is a Pepsi or Coke, Fard or Chevy battle. Both are owned by PACCAR group, so it's kind of like the difference in a Chrysler and a Dodge.

oh yeah, they sold that car on eBay, I remember that...
Wow, I've been around the Monte community for awhile!
This isn't it... this looks really good actually, especially when you consider the one we're talking about on this forum right now...

I had to do a fair bit of searching to find a pic of it. Because it was so long ago, the ebay listing is long gone. And because the original thread is from the old forum, the pics are gone from the thread too.
I did see the one you posted Duane. That one actually doesn't look that bad.
I did find a picture of the 6th gen one. The front end was basically a stock 6th gen with a messed up custom hood.

Okay, I made a mistake. It's supposed to be a Bentley Java conversion.
Here's a link to more pics
(by the way, the grille is actually a decal that sticks onto a custom fibreglass hood. Not a funtional grill)
