i'm lucky to have a cat that doesn't howl. she meow's quietly when she wants a treat, and a treat hushes her up. to my recollection, she has never awakened me meowing for food. she is content to wait until i wake up to bother me. she usually keeps herself at arms lenght from me (literaly, she knows exactly how long my arm is and stays right at my fingertips extent). she will rip and ear thru the house... and she never complains when i come to bed and have to move her.. she just moves along.

Thanks. She's a pretty special little girl. Pretty set in her ways too. I can't set at the computer without her wanting to set on me and take a snooze. Chelsea will cry her head off till she get's the food she feels she deserves. She loves tuna.

Smeekers has a mouth. You can hear him crying 3 houses away. It's a wonder the neighbors haven't complained about him. Just the other night he felt like he deserved to go out. I was sleeping, he got on the bed to let me know he wanted out. I wasn't full awake, reached over and he tore in to my left arm. He got his rear fanned for him too. I followed him to the door and whipped him again. Then I told him to go to bed. He did.

He's pretty spoiled. But you have to watch for that mean streak he has.
