I have a 06 Monte trying to replace the turn signal switch but can't find anything decisive on how to do it step by step, do I need to remove steering wheel to remove the lever/switch and how do I get the steering wheel column lever to lower/ raise the steering wheel. I need help from any one willing n able. Seems like 06 n 07 Montes are rare or just troublesome idk. Thank you in advance.

I would suggest checking youtube, sometimes A-1 auto has some videos. Or you can purchase a Service Manual for the Car the one you want is a GM service manual. Sometimes also if you have a U pull it yard salvage place close by you could go there and see what it take to remove it from a wreck and then you won't mess up your own ride. I have done that many times.
