Default Turn signal

I've been having a problem where the turn signals stop intermittently, and the bulb stays lit and it almost sounds like a buzzer going off inside the car.. It is starting to occur more often, any help is greatly appreciated

had a gran prix that did that.....had to replace the switch in the steering column and pull the steering wheel off....replaced it with new rather than used....or it could be a loose wire but the steering wheel will have to be pulled to check it
