Default Mysterious Turn Signal Failure

Recently my steering column parts have gone into hell-zone....I now cannot use my turn signal :-/
My Hazards work fine!

I've Checked:
Flasher (that makes clicking sound...is round and silver)
Fuse (I used testlight to test all fuses...and all work not blown exept 1 and it was a 5amp fuse...I don't believe thats it)
Turn Signal Switch (white piece in column that clicks up and down to turn left or right...I put another switch in from an old Buick I had just to test, same thing hazard works fine but left and right NOTHING)

Where does that leave me
Note: I used test light with flasher unplugged and there is no fire going to my turn flasher
but my hazard flash, when I test light it....fire getting to it (well of course because it clicks and confirmed working)

What could cause me to get no fire to the prongs that the Flasher plugs into?

My guess is that yes they probably can work. They are probablt wired as two different systems, ideally speaking. Have you checked the pins on the headlights? Any moisture issues with them either?

Finding it kind of hard to "rule" out things....

Sorry I forget to mention I have 1981 Monte

Ok....so I have pretty horrible wiring anyway....spliced+electrical taped all alot of my lighting
Haven't had a problem to this day with them ever not working or such since my "wire job"
I even swapped out some bulb sockets that was old/corroded etc.
Not 100% foolproof, but like I say not a single problem since

Hypothetically.....lets say water got on a wire that leads to the lights due to my "wire job"...
1. Could this cause turn signal to fail...even if all bulbs seem to work fine+hazards blink fine
2. If maybe water shorted something......how/what can I test to figure out between all the stuff (turn signal switch, flasher, fuse, fuse box)

Albeit the turn signal switch I got out of 87 Skylark isn't new....but I highly doubt it is "failed" also :-/

Something has to be wrong....I guess I will testlight my light sockets.......but yeah something has to be wrong (as previously stated)...I testlight where the round directional flasher goes into fusebox...and NO FIRE!!

If no answers pop up here
I'm just going to testlight all tomorrow until I hate to say it......but give up

ok.....so 2 fuses were blown....even though I had checked that :-/
Replaced and signal works

BUT.........What does it mean when you turn your parking lights and driving lights on, and my aftermarket radio shuts off and shuts back
like its gets a voltage shock or something
Ground issue somewhere?
Does that mean I have a short somewhere? Is it flasher or bulbs?
And when I turn on parking the blinding gets slower and then when I full on driving lights blinding gets EVEN SLOWER

For people maybe having this issue
Troubleshoot:
1. Check is fuse is blown
2. Make sure battery is charged good
3. Flasher unit
4. If all that doesn't work....check your turn signal switch LAST (you have to pull your steering wheel to access this)

Guess I had fuse issue....hopefully if I can get this whole lock cylinder deal back together...hopefully I will be driving again tomorrow....that is until time for inspection with cracked windshield P:-( hAAA
