Default trouble finding replacement parking brake release cable/handle

Just signed up for this forum after finally convincing my sister to sell me the car after at least 15+ yrs. I've had it about 2 months but it's badly worn (230K) and neglected and it needs a ton of TLC. Put in a new mstr cyl and battery to get it moving and will do carb kit, belts and install the urethane front end bushing & tie rod kit this weekend.

I'm not having any luck finding a new T-handle and cable for the emergency brake release. Know any sources?

also trying to postpone going thru the motor a while but this leaking rear main seal might drive me to do it sooner--I Hate these leaks. any suggestions for a rear main seal repair THAT WORKS that will buy me some time here?

THANKS!
