Default Supercharger oil

Hello everyone,
I have a 2004 Dale Jr and I just recently replaced supercharger oil in mine. Yes it did smell nasty..
I don't think I tightened the giant black hex screw tight enough. I think I had to use a little T27 screw driver. I can only tighten it so much by hand. When I drive and pop my hood while I'm parked somewhere, I inspect it. And some seems to be leaking very slowly out the sides of the hex screw. Is this because its not tight enough? I fill it to the filler neck just at the bottom of it. I dont think i overfilled.. Did I? What could be causing it to leak?

Mine was tightened with an allen wrench, no leaks here. I'm guessing it's overfilled a little.

Is that suber bad? Can this cause engine damage or anything? Do you recommend taking some out? I only used two 4 oz bottles and ended up taking out an ounce or two
