SS front bumper on an LTZ

Default SS front bumper on an LTZ
Hi all. I want to take the old LTZ front bumper off and go with a more aggressive SS bumper and grilles. First will it fit without major construction? And second how will the SS bumper look with LTZ rocker panels?
