Welcome to the forum. If the dents are small when it gets hot down there in tx buy some dry ice wrap it in a towl and rub it on the dents. Sometimes you can pop out the dents with the dry ice. Thats the painless hail damage repair.

Well just an update. Come to find out the radiator fluid was 1 bottle low, so I filled it with 50/50 and now it runs alot cooler and never goes to half, I think the relay is fine it is not throwing that code anymore. But the fan itself is in question it might be the bearings going out. I had a dent specialist come out and try and remove the dents and he did a good job, it looks alot better now.
