Such a warm welcome
thank you so much.
Here's a pic of the 'vert:

And the engine bay, when I first did the swap a few years ago:

As you can see, it's a bit of a tight fit. I had to move the coils. The drivetrain and electrical system is out of a 2000 Buick Park Ave Ultra ("B" motor), so it's all mounted from below like the Bonneville.
Originally, car had the stock 2.4L with automatic. I did a bunch of work to the stock engine (port & polish, 1mm oversize valves, cams, etc), and swapped it to a manual transmission. Then I got greedy and slapped an M45 blower on, but unfortunately GM didn't flash my ECU correctly and it chipped a piston after about a year of abuse. So I started on the L67 swap, took me about a year and a half to swap it in my garage in my spare time.
Now, I'm getting sick of the grampa cluster from the Buick... and I have more than a few electrical gremlins I've never been able to get rid of. I've spent a couple of days recently at one of the local wreckers pulling a complete harness from an '02 MC SS, going to wire that into the car over the winter. I have a cluster from an 04 SS as well, so I'll gain the boost gauge. Also have the HUD from a GTP I'm going to try and stuff under the dash. We'll see.
The fuel pump crapped out on me, so the car is parked in the garage waiting for my Racetronix pump to arrive. Need to figure out where that is... I originally used the stock J-body pump assembly and stuffed the Buick's pump into it, but I used regular fuel hose instead of flex stuff... so it probably burned the pump out. I always meant to upgrade, so.. here we are.
And the last issue, which may have finally come to head... it started having a slight tick on start up.. at first, it went away after a few seconds. Just before the fuel pump crapped out, it wouldn't go away. You could hear it in the exhaust too, so I'm guessing I may have dropped a valve. Misfire on #6 says the CEL. The spark plug looks fine, but I haven't made the time to check compression yet.
I have a few plans over the winter... pull the heads, port and polish, ported exhaust manifolds (which I need to go get ceramic coated), get some sort of cam, and measure to see how big an intercooler I can fit under the hood. It's tight... but I need something under there with my plans...
