Default New member, New grill

Hello boysand girls. I found this site while trying to trouble shoot some minor issues withthe wifes 2002 silver SS. I happen to run across an aftermarket grill insert that a member had installed on their car. Since we never liked the original grill I tracked one down on ebay. I found it was a must to black out the area behind the new grill.
Here are the before and after pics. What a difference!

Theonly difficultpart is masking the grill for paint, the grill itself mounts to the opening with double sided moulding tape. Very simple.

its just 2 sided tape and 2 things that stick in where the logo is

on the black car's there's no painting involved, if you take a look @ mine there's no chevy logo, and it comes black from the dealer (painted) i dont know what color that one comes

Silver SS got the SLP grille, you have the Tony Stewart Grille... obviously [8D]

there are slight differences between the two becides just the bow tie as well.
