Yea it sucks when some SOB decides they deserve your car more than you do. Especially only after having it 2 days. At least what you got back is only taking some damage repairs.
I had my 87 Aerocoupe 10 years when the same thing happened to me. Though, there was more than just some damage. It was totally stripped and found on cement blocks behind some industrial center.
Check out its carnage.
When I initially went to see what was found, I did not even recognize it. I walked by it twice. They had to take me to it and place my hand on it....




Now after many years of sitting in my back yard, and my son having an interest in it, a doner car was found and part transfer has been happening.
Its painted, engine/trans all done, just needs interior finished up, and it will be back on the road again.
Here it is today.

There is hope, and it will live again....


wow hope they got wat they deserve good thing your son got interested and hes restoring it is looking real good , i was lucky they dint take any body parts just the beat
