Hello. My father in law recently passed and we have been working on detailing and selling his 1971 Monte Carlo. It is in good shape. Very little rust on under carriage and some rust in the trunk. Otherwise no body damage or appearance blemishes. I believe he was the second owner, I am not sure if it is numbers matching but it appears to me that it may be the original engine. I'm guessing due to covid classic car prices have really dropped. We were offered $5,000 cash. Is that a pretty low offer or is that relatively fair due to car prices and car appearance?
