Default 76 Monte Carlo

Hello Monte Fans. 76 Monte Carlo was my first car. Pretty sure I bought it in '79 for $3K and have had it since. Back in the eighties, I put in a 4 bolt block with a Edelbrock Performer cam/intake, lowered it and did a bunch of other stuff. It has 8" corvette ralleys. Now it sits in the barn. Don't know what to do with it. I'll post up some more pics later.

Default HEY Hein

If that 76 Monte is still in good shape. Post some pictures of it on here. Or send them to me. Very nice looking car. We had a 76 & a 77 M/C. Our 77 was white also. the 76 was two tone Blue. Welcome to this site. Plenty of good people here. Rick

Thanks for the reply. It's in decent shape but there is rust lurking. I kept it at bay for many years. It's in the usual places. I finally tore off the landau top because there was some rust in the corners near the trunk. Engine and trans runs good and the suspension is sound even though it almost sits on the bump stops. Some engine pictures:

I like this gen of cars, welcome to the MCF! Barovelli is right, that's the neatest underhood wiring I've seen in a while.
