How do you start a new thread?

How do you start one i cant find it anywhere. The only way i can see is in the new member area and i dont want that

New members are restricted to what they can do for around 10 posts i believe. Then you get full access.

I assume you are accessing MonteCarloForum.com from a computer (not a phone or mobile device)?

If so, as a new member you can post new threads in most all sections except the Classifieds and the Tech Guides (only the MCF.com staff can move threads into the Tech Guides). When you are browsing a section, in the upper left you should see a button labeled "New Thread". If so, click and post.
