Well here are 3 - 5th Gen Monte Carlos.
If you haven't done anything yet.
1. Ground Effects
2. Wheels
3. Tint windows
4. Spoiler
5. Interior up grade the Wood accents
6. Most folks will upgrade the sound system but that means nothing to me as I have a hearing disability so most of it is just noise
7. Maybe exhaust system
These are the things that I worked on. mine is the Black Monte in this mix.
