A little more info would help. When do you here the noise? While taking off, Braking, going over bumps? It could be several things in the back banging around. Loose or rusted gas tank straps or a bad muffler mount. It could also be a strut like others said.

For a short time I was a service writer at a Chrysler dealership in Vermont. I had a lady come in with her new Chrysler Fifth Avenue. It had 6000 miles on it and was very upset that when she started from a stop she would hear a large bang in the rear and when she would hit the brakes she would also hear a bang in the back. She was very upset because it was an expensive car. I told her we could go for a ride and I would listen to the noise and be able to explain it to our mechanic. I drove out onto the main road and as I started to accelerate I heard a loud bang from the back of the car. I had to hit the breaks for a stop light and bang again. The lady said those are the noises I am talking about. A car this expensive should not sound like this and that she wanted it fixed or her money back. I turned the car around and headed back to the dealership. I assured the lady we would fix her car. As soon as we got back I took the keys and opened the trunk. Inside the trunk was an empty bowling bag and a bowling ball riding loose in the trunk. I showed it to the lady and she said it can't be that. I put the ball in the bag and put the bag into the back seat floor. We went for the exact same ride and the noise was gone. The lady apologized for being difficult and wasting our time. She said it was her husbands bowling ball and she didn't know it was there.
On your car after checking for a bowling ball in the trunk I would check the rear struts, the tailpipe hangers, rear wheel bearings, and the wheels. Could be as simple as loose lug nuts or a cracked wheel. It could also be a broken or loose exhaust hanger, worn wheel bearing or a broken or worn strut.
