Default Can't get a/c compressor to engae

Hey guys I'm brand new here. So quick run down. I inherited a 2002 SS. I can't seem to get the compressor clutch to engage. I have checked all fuses, relays, no broken wires, have replaced the PCM (due also to another issue non a/c related), swapped out the control head with a known good, replaced the pressure switch below the airbox. System is fully charged with no leaks. I can apply ground to the a/c relay in the junction box direct from the battery and the compressor engages and blows ice cold. Now I know that only tells me that the wiring is good from the relay to the compressor, but what the heck am I missing. Please help with any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.

That is a bit of a new one for me. Usually the system in low on refrigerant and that is why it is not activating (I am not sure how it tests for it, but the system has a safety so it cannot be engage when it is low). In theory, perhaps that safety has failed and is preventing it from activating. I think you will need to get the schematic. Start verifying that some things that way.

Does anyone on here have the power distribution schematic for the COMPLETE a/c system? I know you can buy them, but didn't know if someone may already have them. Thanks in advance.
