lol the console lid is broken on every single 5th gen i've ever seen. but at least the car has the optional console / bucket seat interior. and if you wanted to the cosmetic parts are avalible at any junkyard, fenders & hoods, headlights are all the same as a '95-99 lumina, and stuff like bumpers will swap on but are differant. heck, if you search around you could probibly find the parts in gold too.

You just got a great reliable Daily Driver for a great price. Hold on to that car.
These engines will see 200K+ miles with minor maintenance. Keep an eye on your coolant and oil though. The headgasket / LIM gasket are known for going bad. But if you can catch it quickly without letting the car overheat you won't have any other problems.
Also tearing down the engine and putting a new gasket on is a great way to learn

I lucked out finding a front bumper the same color as my car - you too may have the same luck.
