Default 2006 Monte Carlo LT

I bought a 2006 Monte Carlo with 95,000 miles on it. I had the transmission rebuilt because it was occasionally slipping from first to second. Got it out of the shop and on about the third day I was driving home from work got off the exit and as I was coming to a stop the car started jerking and stuttering like it wanted to stall. It did this the whole way home. Parked it in the driveway. Got in it the next morning and it was working fine. A few days later the same thing happened. I pulled in the driveway turned it off and back on and it worked fine. I took it back to the transmission place and he said it was fine. I changed the plugs, wires and coil pack and I still have the same problem. It goes away for a few days up to about a week. Any suggestions out there?? Also, it didn't have this problem before I had the transmission rebuilt.
