Default 2004 Monte Carlo 3.4L LS 200,000+ miles

Hey, I’m new to this forum and I recently got a 2004 monte carlo. Its got the stock 3400 engine and I’ve been doing research on mods that can be done to improve whp and the overall enjoyment of having a monte. She’s had a rough 18 years, from what I can tell. My foreman told me it has no frame issues and it was a good purchase for 1,000$. Since she’s been in my care I've done 2 oil changes, changed spark plugs and wires, and all 4 brake pads and rotors. Whole doing the pads and rotors I noticed my front drivers side CV axle had a tear in the outer boot and greased was everywhere. My outer tie rod looks like it’s about to go out too. I got a good feeling like ima have a good list of things to fix before I can get into the fun stuff. My first question is, would only fixing the outer tie rod be a problem in the near future? I replaced the left CV axle yesterday, and i plan on doing the right one tomorrow when my check comes. Also my Uncle told me I should replace all my sensors as-well, but I don't even know where to start with that. I read my codes and one of my O2 sensors is failing, Coolant fan relay 2 control circuit is popping up, my EOP switch control needs replaced, i had an engine misfire, and maximum adapt and long shift. Im not gonna claim to be the most knowledgeable when it comes to an engine, but ive been really intrigued by this project and have always wanted a monte. Ive been working on cars the past 2 years but will take any extra advice i can get. What all should be done with a high mileage car thatll get it back runnin like new?
