Eddie Gossage, the President of Texas Motor Speedway, revealed this picture of Chevrolets 2013 race car today. No word on what manufacturer it will be or anything cool like that though. But we can speculate!!!
The picture looks like Homestead. This is probably from that secret test the Chevy drivers had right as the season ended to test out the 2013 race car. Picutres are finally slipping out!!

Go check the entry lists... Stewart and Harvick are already eligible for the main race. The Showdown race is for drivers not eligble. Juniro isn't eligible because he hasn't won a championship and he hasn't won a race in the last year.
So if you don't go back to the first post in this thread and check the entrylist for the showdown, you're going to be last in the showdown race.

Hope it has the 6.0. But it wont. More than likely just another 6 banger FWD

Its not the championship you need to qualify. Its previous AllStar Race winner. The example in point is Mark Martin - he is qualified because he won the race in 2005. But he hasn't won in the last year or won a championship. To qualify this way you must have won the AllStar Race in the last 10 years (jr won in 2000)
