Windshield Wiper won't seat properly when off.
The passenger side wiper blade on our 01 SS isn't sitting right...the blade is resting on the plastic piece that runs along the base of the windshield, but it doesn't sit flat on the windshield and appears to sit higher than it used to. I can't remember if it was like this before...but I think it started after we had the windshield replaced (crazy story behind this one >.>) Anyone have any tips? Or a way to fix it? Here's a few pictures of it.
And the seal around the window isn't even right...I'm thinking it was more of a rush job when they replaced the window >.>
Thanks for your time

I would call and complain especially about the seal. I wonder if they bent your washer arm. To adjust the washer arm you should just be able to loosen the nut that holds it down, put the wiper arm into its proper resting spot, and then tighten the nut. I've never done one on a monte but that is how it has been done on other cars I've owned.

yeah you have to take the nut off. but you have to pry the washer arm up off the bolt. you can get a tool for it on ebay cheap im sure. wiper puller. or you can do it with a screw driver and chance breaking the wiper arm.
this is what i would suggest
