Default White smoke at WOT (just once)

I was tearing around the other day on some backroads and after turning a corner I hammered it down. Right before shifting from 2nd to 3rd I saw white smoke come out the exhaust. I immediately let off and it stopped and I'm unable to get it to do it again. I did seafoam the car a month ago, surely it couldn't have been seafoam or a carbon buildup breaking off? Note I haven't had the opportunity to be WOT and go from 2-3 again, but I have been WOT all the way up to 65mph, I can go test again and let her get all the way into 3rd and see if the smoke occurs again.

Edit: Turns out I have a broken valve spring, it started ticking pretty loudly yesterday

I got the car into a shop and its nothing with the valve train at all. I broke a flexplate. The SOB ate its housing up as well and is gonna be $2000 to fix altogether. Here are some horror pictures

Poor monte is gonna have to be good the rest of the year or I'm afraid I'm going to have to let her go
(also anyone know how I can make those damn pictures smaller)

Sorry for your misfortune.

That repair cost seems high. I can see the $1000 for labor incurred and the additional labor to complete the repair, but a total of $3000 seems high.

I am unable to install it myself and most of the cost is labor, thank you though
