Doesn't look its threaded is it? I have seen lots of "holes" on my Monte and if its not threaded I simply ignore it. I guess if it was threaded there could be a bolt missing? I can't see very well but its not from the EGR valve line right? That is still intact?

'Sorry, I don't know what that hole is , but it looks dirty I like the clean one better *& I don't know what it's for either

I surely don't know what there for...
But they both look like there Missing the bolts that go in them...
