Well screw tht imma just get the new plastic one and paint it..I just took it across the street from ma job to get all the leaks checked because I was leaking under the car so they gonna pinpoint for $20. And will b done by the time I get off work

 

Just as an FYI, it's tough to determine a UIM gasket leak vs UIM leak without pulling the UIM off (not impossible, just tough, the two can easily mis-lead people).

But I think you have now been given the best information to solve what ever the problem may be.
