Coolant level sensor hole blocked off

Coolant level sensor hole blocked off
Working on replacing my radiator. Finally got the thing out. I went to transfer over the coolant level sensor and the hole is blocked off on the new radiator. Why would it be blocked off? Ordered the radiator from RockAuto. Said it was an OEM part. Am I supposed to drill this out? Seems strange that I would have to modify an OEM part.
Car is an 01 SS
Here's the part I have https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=434898&jsn=258

Interesting. I would contact Rockauto about the problem. I would not drill out the location, you could be creating a bigger problem (issues if it does not seal, voiding warranty, and so on). But I double checked the Rockauto catalog, for an 01 SS, that's the part. This could be a matter of manufacture defect....
